Why are judges failing us

It is easy to say judges are corrupt, compromised, blackmailed, or simply political hacks. But the sad truth is too many simply lack the courage to do what is right. Being invited to the right parties and having the press say nice things about them is more important to far too many judges than doing their duty and making sure the legal system is not being abused for the political persecution of citizens.

The process cannot be the punishment

The regime and their acolytes gleefully explain they do not need a guilty verdict. They say the process is the punishment. By the time most political targets ever reach the guilty/not guilty stage, their lives are destroyed. Legal fees have bankrupted them. They may lost their job. Congress must impeach and remove failed judges from office

Federal judges can be removed from office only through impeachment by the House of Representatives and conviction by the Senate. This is a key check and balance in the constitution on the lifetime appointment of Federal Judges. It is time we insist Congress hold accountable those judges allowing political persecutions to proceed. Congress must impeach failed judges and remove them from office.
